And we’re BACK!!  Well almost!

The new Summer timetable and packages for Term 1 2021 have been updated and loaded here as well as in MYPTHUB.

Some tribe members have already keenly nabbed spots in a couple of pre-term classes!  Please touch base if you’d like to join the group, currently the pre-term class is on a Wednesday at 9.15am, however, I am happy to discuss if there are others keen for another timeslot.

The Men’s Strength Endurance sessions (Tues/Thurs) will commence ahead of the term on the 19th January and will run through to 1st April (10 weeks).  If you are a man or you have a man in your life that needs motivation, some male comradery during exercise, or maybe a little nudge to get moving please let me know, happy to have a chat. 

The main Term Schedule will commence in line with the Public School Term on Monday 1st February and will run through to Thursday 1st April. 

WHAT IS CHANGING?

  • ZOOM’s- Zoom classes will be on hold during the Term 1 timetable unless there is bad weather or Covid-19 Restrictions are re-instated. For those who love the Zoom’s, don’t fear, they will be back, just not until Term 2 as we hit colder weather and it begins to get dark at 6am in the morning!
  • Sunday’s Cardio fitness class has been changed out to be an 8am SATURDAY MORNING PARKRUN (timed 5km walk or run) and it’s’ FREE to register and complete!  Yes that’s right, FREE to register and FREE to run/walk a timed fun run on a weekly basis – unheard of!  You just need to sign up to Park Run, turn up to Karkarook Park for the 8am sharp start, complete your 5km run, jog or walk around the park, scan your code as you complete the loop to get your time logged and then it’s off to enjoy the rest of your day/weekend!   You can run or walk, with or without friends (four legged can also attend, 1 dog per person), aim for a time, aim to beat a time or someone or just enjoy the park walk with the tribe or other friends.  For more information or to register please head to https://www.parkrun.com.au/karkarook/
  • Thursday’s 9.15am Core and More Class is MOVING to a Wednesday 9.15am to REPLACE Wednesday 9.15am Cardio.   Cardio will be covered in either the 6am Wednesday Hybrid HIIT/Cardio Class or Saturday’s Park Run.
  • Friday’s 6am HIIT Class has been moved to Wednesday 6am and will be a hybrid class of HIIT and cardio based exercises, there is no longer a class on Friday at 6am.
